Refunds are processed within 3–14 working days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Refunds may be denied if:

• The item is used, damaged, or missing accessories
• The product is non-returnable (perishables, hygiene items, digital goods, customized orders)
• The return request exceeds the return window. 

For defective, wrong, or incomplete items, customers must submit proof within 48 hours of delivery.

• Customer shall pay the return delivery fee only when the return is due to a change of mind or no fault of the vendor or logistics partner.
