Delivery timelines depend on the buyer’s location:

  1. Intrastate Delivery (same state): Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12 noon, or 1–3 working days for orders made after 12 noon. Doorstep delivery applies.
  2. Interstate Delivery: Takes 7–14 working days. Customers will receive pickup details at the designated station or terminal.

Shipping fees may vary based on weight, size, distance, and vendor category. Vendors must pack items securely and dispatch orders promptly. Tracking updates will be provided when available.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 3–14 working days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Refunds may be denied if:
