See Your Estimated Delivery Time Before You Buy
When you’re viewing an eligible product on OVMPS while signed in, you may now see a Fast Delivery estimate based on the location of the seller and your delivery location.
The estimator provides an estimated delivery window based on the road distance between you and the vendor. Depending on the distance, you may see an estimate such as:
• 1–2 working days for nearby deliveries
• 2–3 working days for locations within a wider local distance
• 3–5 working days for longer-distance deliveries
• 5–7 working days for deliveries covering 500 km or more
You’ll also be able to see the approximate distance between you and the vendor, giving you more context about the delivery estimate.
This means you can make your buying decision with a little more confidence.
How Does It Work?
It’s quite simple.
OVMPS considers the location of the vendor selling the product and your delivery location. We then estimate the road distance between both locations and use that distance to provide an expected delivery window.
For signed-in customers with delivery information already saved to their account, the estimator can use that information automatically.
If your delivery location isn’t available, you can enter your city and state on the product page to check the estimate.
No complicated process. Just a quick way to get a better idea of what to expect before placing your order.
Why We Built This
OVMPS is a multivendor marketplace, which means you can discover products from different sellers in one place.
That’s one of the things that makes marketplace shopping exciting—but it also means that delivery times can vary depending on where a product is coming from and where it is going.
We wanted to make that information easier to understand.
The delivery estimator is one more step toward making shopping on OVMPS more transparent, convenient, and customer-friendly.
What About the Courier?
Depending on the order and delivery location, fulfilment may involve courier services such as Speedaf, GIG, or another suitable local courier available at checkout.
The estimator provides a helpful delivery expectation based on distance. However, the actual shipping option, delivery arrangements, and final delivery timeline are confirmed during checkout.
