Shipping Policy
Delivery timelines depend on the buyer’s location:
- Intrastate Delivery (same state): Usually delivered within 1–2 working days, depending on pickup and processing time. Same-day delivery may be available through selected local logistics providers.
- Interstate Delivery: Usually delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on destination, courier processing, hub transfers and final-mile delivery.
- Remote/Extended Areas: Delivery may take longer depending on courier coverage and accessibility.
- International Delivery: Delivery timelines vary by destination and courier and may take approximately 10–20 working days.

Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 3–14 working days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Refunds may be denied if:
- The item is used, damaged, or missing accessories
- The product is non-returnable (perishables, hygiene items, digital goods, customized orders)
- The return request exceeds the return window.
For defective, wrong, or incomplete items, customers must submit proof within 48 hours of delivery.
- Customer shall pay the return delivery fee only when the return is due to a change of mind or no fault of the vendor or logistics partner.
